A movement practice rooted in yoga asana, infused with basic Qi Gong and animal-inspired movements.
Guided by the wisdom of the Five Elements from ancient Chinese tradition, this class invites you into a weekly journey to cultivate strength, mobility, and flexibility while nourishing both body and mind.

Each week, we explore one of the five elements, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water, connecting with the associated meridians and diving into its philosophy. Movement becomes meditation, expression, and listening.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, balanced, and in harmony with yourself and your surroundings.

  • O refugio zen, Celas, Coimbra, on thursdays - 4:30pm to 6pm

  • Quinta da Carva, Oliveira do Hospital, on tuesdays - 4:30pm to 6pm (community class)
